ImmuneWatch featured in EACR's The Cancer Researcher magazine

ImmuneWatch has been featured in EACR's The Cancer Researcher magazine, in a piece exploring how T-cell receptor (TCR) sequencing and computational annotation are helping researchers move from repertoire data towards real biological insight.

The article looks at the collaboration between QIAGEN and ImmuneWatch, combining QIAGEN's TCR sequencing technologies with ImmuneWatch DETECT's machine learning-based antigen specificity prediction — helping researchers investigate not just which T cells are present in a repertoire, but what they may actually recognise.

As Sander Wuyts, CEO and co-founder of ImmuneWatch, puts it in the piece: "Our goal is to annotate all of the T-cell receptors in a single repertoire."
