ImmuneWatch Awarded Prestigious "Seal of Excellence" by European Commission

ImmuneWatch has been honoured with the Seal of Excellence, a high-level quality label awarded by the European Commission. This distinction is reserved for project proposals that exceed rigorous evaluation criteria and are recognised as world-class innovation opportunities.

Decoding the Immune System

The recognition was awarded to ImmuneWatch’s proposal to make the human immune system fully interpretable. Our mission is to build a universal solution capable of determining the target of any T-cell.

Through this project, ImmuneWatch aims to bridge the gap between T-cell receptor (TCR) sequences and their targets by:

• Pushing the boundaries of  TCR specificity machine learning architectures.
• Building the right set of training data.
• Standardising TCR specificity prediction for clinical and research applications.

A Mark of Trust

While the Seal is awarded to projects that surpassed the funding threshold during highly competitive budget cycles, it serves as a powerful endorsement for private investors and regional funding bodies.
