Free TCR Sequencing & Analysis Grant with QIAGEN

ImmuneWatch has partnered with QIAGEN to launch a TCR sequencing and analysis grant program, funding up to four research projects — two from academia and two from industry — completely free of charge.

Grant winners receive:

1. A QIAGEN RNA extraction kit shipped directly to their lab
2. Bulk-TCR-seq library preparation using the QIAseq Targeted RNA TCR panel
3. Full next-generation sequencing and clonotype data processing, delivered by QIAGEN
4. Expert TCR clustering and antigen-TCR annotation with ImmuneWatch DETECT, performed by the ImmuneWatch analyst team
